inconsistent incidence angle handling in obspyck?

Description
Just noticed that the incidence angles in obspyck might be inconsistent (and therefore information submitted to SeisHub, too).
Nonlinloc states for his location output format:
Ray take-off dip at maximum likelihood hypocenter in degrees upwards from vertical down (0 = down, 180 = up)
Usually it is source to station against up, I think.
Have to look into this and decide were to fix it..
- during reading nonlinloc output
- only during the rotation functions in obspyck
- ...
